  • Are you 24 years or over?

  • Have you been resident in UK for at least 1 year?

  • Do you have a phone number registered to your address?

  • Do you have a bank or building society account with Direct Debit service?

  • Do you have a good credit history without any CCJs (County Court Judgements)?

  • Are you or your partner in permanent paid employment, min 16 hrs/week, self-employed, retired or in receipt of invalidity or disability allowance?

It will be a quicker process if you have the following information with you:

  • Your home address, including postcode (addresses for the last five years)

  • Your employment details (address, phone number)

  • Bank/building society account number, sort code and address

  • Income and/or benefit amounts

  • Monthly outgoings and outstanding loan/card amounts
