Preparing for a rise in the Bank of England base rate
If you have a mortgage that tracks a rate linked to the Bank of England base rate, your monthly instalment will change to reflect any increase in rate. We will write to all of our impacted customers at least 14 days before their new payment is due… but what can you do now to make sure you’re ready?
