We're a good corporate citizen

GE Money aims to have a positive impact on society and our local communities. We are committed to providing volunteer resources and financial support to organisations that address education, disadvantaged children and families, and community development issues.

We help in the following ways:

  • GE Money creates
    We support our community partners and charities through employee fundraising, skills training, volunteering and philanthropy.

  • We strive to improve financial literacy in our communities
    We helped to develop the MoneyBasics website, designed to help people understand their money issues. Take a look

  • We've created 'Global Community Days'
    Around the world, GE employees take part in a range of volunteering projects to build and improve quality of life in our local communities.

  • We partner with Habitat for Humanity on a global level
    Habitat for Humanity is a charity dedicated to eliminating poor housing around the world. This year a team of employees will travel to Africa to build low-cost houses, working alongside the people who will live in them.

  • We support London Youth
    London Youth is the capital's leading charity supporting young people and youth clubs. Our employees spend hours improving the facilities offered to visitors, children with specials needs or from underprivileged backgrounds, and raise funds.
